Monthly Service Plans
Our Service Plans, inspecting your home on a periodic basis, are the core of our business. We offer multiple home Service Plans. They are provided based on your needs and can be on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual basis. In addition, we offer inspections on an as-needed basis. Every inspection includes, a follow-up written report as well as several pictures of your exterior of your property and home taken during the checkup/inspection
(sent to you via email).
Service Plan One – One Checkup Per Month
One checkup/inspection per month – provides 1 (one) extensive monthly checkup.
Service Plan Two – Two Checkups Per Month
Two checkups/inspections per month – includes 2 (two) extensive monthly checkups.
Service Plan Three – Three Checkups Per Month
Three inspections per month – includes 2 (two) scheduled monthly checkups and 1 (one) flexible** checkup at your request per month.
**There are times when you think of something that needs done, something you’ve forgotten, someone you know needs access, you have a delivery being made, or the unknown happens! Service Plan Three provides a flexible unscheduled visit, at your request, for those very moments.
Service Plan Four – Is a Custom Plan we design with you to meet your specific needs
Service Plan Four provides you the ability to design with us, a set of specific services and the frequency of those services based on your specific needs.

Other Services
In addition to the four service plans, we offer the following:
Arrival & Departure Services – we take the work and headache out of coming for a visit,
both before you arrive and after you depart.
Prepare for Winter Services – our winters can be long, cold and lots of snow,
we can help prepare your home each fall for the coming winter.
Meet & Greet Service – if you decide to let your friends or relatives utilize your home,
we can assist in meeting them upon their arrival, help with instructions for heating, lighting, etc.,
and if desired, provide cleaning services after their departure. In additon, if there is an emergency, we are available.
