Rod Manning

Hi. I’m Rod Manning, co-owner and manager of Pagosa Home Manager, LLC.  Like many of you, I came to Pagosa Springs on a vacation and fell in love with the area.  That was back in the ‘90s.  Since then, I have visited many times and finally purchased a home located in the San Juan National Forest.  I have enjoyed every minute of living in such a beautiful place.  Now, with more than 25 years of real estate experience in commercial leasing, property management and tenant improvement construction I look forward to building on my expertise and offering a hands-on service of on-site management and care for vacation homes, second homes and investment properties within the Pagosa Springs area.

I started my career in real estate managing residential properties in my father’s company when I was just 20.  A native of Chattanooga, Tennessee, my career has taken me to Texas, California and Arizona.  So, I have a lifelong interest and understanding of what people expect in terms of service.  I have also assembled a roster of local trusted technicians and resources to help me with each home we support.  If you are looking for someone that will look after your home as well as you would yourself, than I am at your service.

Debra Manning

Debra (Rod’s wife) brings 30 years of business and management experience to Pagosa Home Manager, LLC.  Debra has managed a Corporate Client Services team, been in Sales and has been a buyer of English Antiques, Women’s Apparel and most recently spent 10 ½ years founding and managing a successful High-End European Antiques business in Dallas, TX.  Whether she was traveling the world or working with clients in the office or showroom, Debra has always understood the key to any business is exceptional communication, understanding your client’s needs and following through on what you promise.  Debra is also extremely detail oriented and believes that honesty and integrity are important attributes in a person and should be key business principles as well.

B.F.A. Degree, Communications/Marketing – Texas Christian University
